Jeffrey Roh, MD, MBA, MSc
Jeffrey Roh is the CEO and co-founder of IntuitiveX and Chief Medical Officer at Excel Health. With over 20 years of experience as a spine surgeon, MedTech innovator, and investor, he has led the development of several patented technologies, including Stryker’s ES2 and ARIA platforms, which generated over $350M in revenue. He also serves as Board Chair of Amplify Surgical and advises numerous startups and healthcare ventures. Dr. Roh holds an MD from the Medical College of Wisconsin, an MBA from UW, and an MSc from Columbia University.

Justin Esterberg, MD
Dr. Justin Esterberg is a Phoenix-based orthopedic spine surgeon with over 20 years of clinical experience. He currently serves as an attending surgeon at Banner Health and as a strategic advisor to IntuitiveX, guiding IP development in surgical innovation, AR/VR, and robotics. He previously spent over a decade with Proliance Surgeons in Seattle and has advised multiple MedTech companies, including Navlab and Carlsmed, on commercializing emerging technologies in spine surgery.
Simon Robinson, MBA
Mr. Robinson is a Cambridge educated MBA with additional graduate degrees from UW. He has extensive business, IP monetization, and strategy experience having completed over 150 transactions including several high profile $20M+ deals. Mr. Robinson is currently Founder and CIPO of IntuitiveX. In that role he has overseen the development of dozens of IP assets for various companies as well as the sale of multiple IP assets for excess of 10X returns.

Mark Han, Esq
Mr. Han is a CLO and Founder of IntuitiveX. He earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and has practiced intellectual property law for 20 years. In that time, he has represented clients such as Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Seagate, Avago, and Intellectual Ventures, where he was responsible for managing prosecution and asset maintenance for one of the world’s largest patent portfolios.
Marisol Moretto
Marisol has 20 years of experience managing large and small intellectual property patent and trademark portfolios for boutique and international law firms. She previously served as the Senior Administrator of Intellectual Property for Innovation Law LLP, TechLaw LLP, and AlbertDhand LLP. Ms. Moretto studied at George Mason University. In addition she is a classically trained French cuisine and pastry chef earning the Grande Diplôme from Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
John Cronin
John Cronin is Managing Director and Chairman of ipCapital Group, Inc. ("ipCG"), an IP consulting firm. He has worked with over 1000 companies. Mr. Cronin has inspired and trained thousands of engineers and scientists in the best practices of "how to invent.“ Prior to ipCG, Mr. Cronin spent over 17 years at IBM and became its top inventor with over 100 patents and 150 patent publications. He created and ran the IBM Patent Factory. Mr. Cronin holds a B.S. (E.E.), an M.S. (E.E), and a B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont.
